As your Coach, I will review your progress and adjust your program accordingly to ensure maximal development.
All services include weekly check-in and a biweekly evaluations of progress. When you sign today you will gain unlimited email access with a guaranteed 24-48 hour response time to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your program. Video analysis of exercise form will be available upon request.
